1. About this site

Tessl Patterns is a curated reference site where Tessl AI Ltd publishes its editorial thinking on patterns emerging at the intersection of AI and software development. The site is currently a tech preview — an early, experimental release intended to gather feedback and evolve over time.

2. Tech preview

Tessl Patterns is labelled as a Preview. This means the site, its content, and its features may change, be withdrawn, or be updated without notice. It is not a finished or complete product. We are not liable for any loss arising from changes to the site or its content.

3. Content and accuracy

The content on Tessl Patterns represents Tessl's editorial view on industry patterns. It is intended for informational purposes only. It is not professional, technical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

We aim to be accurate but do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or free from errors. Patterns in AI and software development evolve quickly; information may become outdated. Always verify material claims with original sources before relying on them.

4. AI-assisted content

Pattern pages on this site are produced through a collaborative process involving AI tools and human editorial review. An AI model produces an initial draft based on curated source material. A human author then edits, shapes, and adds their voice throughout. All content is reviewed and explicitly approved by a named Tessl team member before publication.

Tessl takes full editorial responsibility for everything published on this site. No unreviewed AI output is published.

Despite this process, AI-assisted content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. We encourage readers to check original source materials, links to which are provided on each pattern page.

5. Third-party content and copyright

Pattern pages include short excerpts from third-party sources (posts, articles, papers, and discussions) for the purpose of commentary and review. Each excerpt is attributed to its author and linked to the original source. We do not reproduce full articles or substantial portions of any third-party work.

Third-party content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us at legal@tessl.io and we will respond promptly.

Tessl's own editorial content on this site — the summaries, analysis, and curated views — is protected by copyright and belongs to Tessl. You may share or quote it for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

6. External links

This site links to third-party websites and content. These links are provided for convenience and do not represent an endorsement by Tessl of those sites or their content. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

7. No reliance — limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tessl excludes liability for any loss or damage — including indirect, consequential, or economic loss — arising from:

  • reliance on the content of this site;
  • any inaccuracy, error, or omission in the content;
  • unavailability or interruption of the site; or
  • access to or use of any third-party site linked from this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy and data

This site does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to access content. If we use analytics tools to understand site usage, we will do so in compliance with applicable data protection law and our privacy policy (available at tessl.io/privacy).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
